Late delivery | Bad customer service | NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING!

I've made an application online for an IPhone 6S deal on the 1st of August 2017 and they were so quick to give me a call back and approve my application, however, I have been waiting for my delivery since, it is now the 6th of September 2017. I've called their new delivery company DSV probably over 15 times and they do not have my details on their system nor my parcel . I've contacted MTN on several occasions with absolutely no success, they told me numerous stories, one being that they've sent the parcel to their delivery company and they have tried to contact me in regards to this (they have not done this - an absolute lie). The next thing I will be billed at the end of the month without the device at hand this is honestly the last straw because I am out of options. They have not made follow up, no nothing! I'm tired of wasting my personal time and airtime contacting MTN and their delivery company and spend over 30 minutes only to be sent to ANOTHER consultant who does not know ANYTHING. I am being played for a fool here and be tossed around like a ball. What else should I do?
