Last review - Notice to terminate contract
I have really tried to work with MTN but its a one sided relationship. I pay the money they don't provide the service. Despite two previous entries on Hello Peter in the last six months my trip at the beginning of January to Botswana I was once again without service. On both of my previous entries I was assured MTN would contact me and I am still waiting. I have given notice of breach of contract and will after 15 years terminate my contract.

22 Jan 2018, 14:34The 2000 is resolved - you are not reading this email. My reason for terminating is I was sold a like for like contract to discover no international dialling available. I have been overseas three time in about 8 months visiting 7 countries an not once has roaming worked
