Last month i upgraded my mtn contract online

Last month i upgraded my mtn contract online.So sibusiso upgraded me to huawei y63 for R179.Two weeks later i recieved an email from Aderlee Veerasamy saying the phone is R199 no more R179.So whose fault is that now.Me or Sibusiso.
