Last message I send to MTN

Since my first complaint on 19 August 2020 on facebook as well as messenger, I am still struggling to get service from you. You cannot do more than one thing at a time. I do not get any joy from you. Your service is up to nothing. I even send you pictures to make it easier to understand. Still nothing . If you try to fix one thing, you totally mess up other stuff. After numerous complaints and calls, you still cannot figure it out.
