large MTN bill
I received a bill for R1144 this morning, which is about R500 more than I usually pay a month. <br> <br> I then find out that I have to pay a further R21 to get an itemised bill, which seems a ridiculous amount to pay for a service that most companies supply for free.<br> <br> Is there a reason for placing a variety of charges under this term packet switched data calls apart from being cryptic?<br> <br> By the way how much do MTN users get charged for VoIP calls?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records there was usage over the 150 MB and R 200.00 airtime. The total usage was 800 MB and subtract the 150 MB and the balance remaining was multip**** by the out of bundle rates.
