Laptop Upgrante(April Special)

I app**** for an upgrade for an HP Laptop that was April special with MTN at Ghandi squire on the 09/04/2015,which it was out of stock, however they are getting stock the following Monday(12/04/2015)therefore I can come and collect it<br> <br> The same Monday I drove to MTN and they still didn't have it, I drove to MTN Ghandi squire 3 times already to be turned back, I made various calls and every time I was told that they are expecting stock the next day, at times I was told that the delivery driver is on the way with the laptop, I must come the next day, I sent my husband to collect it but he also got turned back.<br> <br> 04/05/2015 I app**** with Cresta Mall which I was also told that they are getting stock in two days' time, after two days I called and it was available. I informed them that I can only make it the following week, which I was assured that they will keep it for me. today(22/04/2015) I called Cresta Mall to inform them that I will be coming to collect the Laptop as I made transport arrangements and was told that it is out of stock, they are not sure when are they getting another stock as they are on strike<br> <br> I am very unhappy about the services level I received from MTN,
