Laptop still undelivered

My laptop was taken for repair more than 19 months ago and never returned. Efforts to contact MTN in connection with the issue have proved to be futile. A few months ago this same matter was reported to Hello peter and Mtn responded. Seemed immediately promising but nothing constructive has materialised. My laptop has not yet been returned!! Mtn collected it from my home for repairs February 2016 till today I'm still waiting! I tried making follow ups again through Hello peter but nothing happened. I'm just trying out again, but not sure if anything will materialize.
