Laptop re-delivered
We lodged a complaint previously regarding a unwanted laptop delivered. Somebody did contact me and the laptop was collected BUT TWO WEEKS LATER THE LAPTOP WAS RE-DELIVERED TO MY WORK ADDRESS THIS TIME !!!! The courier company driver phoned me and I instructed him to send the parcel back BUT HE DELIVERED IT ANYWAY. I did not sign for the parcel but one of my colleagues did.<br> PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND COLLECT THIS LAPTOP!!!!!<br> This can not be that difficult !!!<br> Thank you

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service.
We have now perused your account and see that a collection request was logged by our Indirect Sales Channel Team.
We've now made contact with the management team at RTT (Courier Service) to make contact with yourself and get the device collected ASAP. Once we've collected the device, will we be able to correct the account by reversing the upgrade and credit the account accordingly.
