laptop needs replacement after 1 month

2nd report because I finally got my laptop looked at and get told it needs to be replaced. Now I must wait for a new one and no date can be given or any other form of apology. Add to this the g'damn service from customer care who never once boothered to get back to me. And store manager thabisos clear lack of incompetence at his job! Now when will I get this new one laptop? And what compensation do I get for the lack of income its caused me for ever getting a laptop through you guys. Been 2 weeks! Sort it out! I am going to make a whole Facebook page on this entire thing about MTN and Acer! Useless service and faulty items sold brand new!
