Laptop for repairs

<p>Two months afo I took my laptop to brooklyn Mtn for repairs ,at first I was told they wont need the charger for it, the next day I was called to bring the charger as they want it,I then Have to drove back to drop the charger there,I think after five weeks I was called and told that I have to pay 500.00 as they found nothing wrong with the laptop,my questin is that how can i say the laptop is not working and waste my petrol to drive three times to Brooklyn for repairs,up to now I am still waiting for them on when to collect my laptop,is now the third month</p>
