Laptop deals

Im so disappointed at mtn, I understand that the covid 19 situation is hard on everyone, but every single business is making provisions for that. I did an application at mtn Gateway for two laptops for varsity for me and my younger brother. I received a message saying I'm approved but when I went back to the shop it was closed due to lockdown, so I waited from March, then on Monday 4/5/2020 went to the shop when it opened again, waited on the que while on my lunch break, when I went inside I was told my application was approved but canceled coz it was on the system for long, I was angry and I said due to lockdown the shop has been closed, I work for the bank I'm always at mall and they've been closed, they said there's nothing they can do, I said can I do another application again and they agreed but said the deal I had initially app**** for is no longer available (R199 for 36 for each laptop), i was angry again coz it's not my fault, but I said fine what do u have they showed a brochure and I liked a deal R200 and something for each laptop. They started the application and again asked for all my documents (bank statements, payslip, ID) even though I submitted last time, luckily I have them on digital, they started the process then all of a sudden they say no they can't do my application coz the deals for laptops are not loaded on the system yet, I was so angry coz 1 I was on lunch, 2 they canceled my previous application, 3 they say the deal I wanted before is no longer available, 4 they showed me a brochure of deals which are not yet loaded and they waisted my time. I was told it will be loaded in 24 to 48 hours till today nothing. I'm a student at unisa and we'll be writing exams at home (so I need a laptop which comes with data it's very difficult using a phone for assignments ) and MTN is really disappointing and too much inconvenient. Why create deals and not load them. I'm so hurt and I don't know what to do, can you just load the deals
