Laptop deal terminated after it got approved first

I signed a Laptop Deal at an MTN store (Shop 32A Picbel Parkade, 58 Strand Street Cape Town) on Monday 1st of February.<br> On Monday 10th of February I got the message that it got approved and I can pick it up. Today I got a call from the store and was told that the Laptop Deal got terminated again (after it was already approved) because my life partner work permit (I am German) expires 21st of January 2018 and ends 10 days before the 24 months contract period.<br> I must really say that I can not believe that MTN terminates a contract because the work permit expires 10 days before the 24 months period.<br> I am a customer with MTN with a phone contract for 4 years and I am in this country for 5 years and married in community of property to a South African and have a South African child.<br> I can not understand why MTN can't see past this permit date and see all the other facts I just stated. <br> Why can't MTN make an exception, especially after I got the notification that the deal has been approved already? You want to lose out on 500 Rand a month (laptop and data) because of 10 days!?<br> I will definitely not renew my phone contract with you as you do not value me as a customer.
