Laptop deal is FALSE ADVERTISING

I am very unhappy with MTN you have a laptop in your catalog and you say that you are able to get it. It is very strange because I app**** for it but no where in South Africa has the laptop then why for Gods name is it in the catalog. In my mind that constitutes false advertising and I am very unhappy and I even feel like taking my cellphone back I recently got and canceling my contract as it hasn't been a month yet.
