Laptop Deal

I was checking the Laptop deals on line and was quite interested in the Lenovo Yoga 500. I tried to get specs and no one would come back to me. Eventually on the 6th April I app**** for the upgrade based on the fact that it was specified on line as a 15.6\ HD screen. The laptop arrived on the 13th and was a 14\". I then went straight to the Mtn shop to explain my situation, they called Mtn Direct and after about 30 minutes I got hold of Sipho who had done the deal with me, he said he would get back to me. This morning I sent Sipho an email asking what was happening and I received a response telling me to be patient and that he had sent an email to the warehouse. I asked what sort of time frame I was looking at and got quite a rude response. In the reply I was told that he was not even the right person to deal with as he only sold what deals were given to him and he had no control over stock. I had to wait for the warehouse to get back to him. If he wasn't the right person to deal with maybe he should have given me an alternative contact. Where do I go to from here?"
