Laptop

I have received a call offering me a laptop ,I gave them my work address to deliver the laptop .They delivered the Laptop and when I get home and open the box ,I found out there is only a rooter which they activated but there is no key code for Ms Office ,I have been working from home since the Lockdown ,I took the Laptop to MTN Greenstone .They told me to go to MTN Eastgate because they don't have the Technicians ,I went to Eastgate and the told that their Technician is sick and that I should call 083 135 for assistance ,I then call the number then this other Guy told me that he can meet me somewhere and install the Ms Office but I will pay Him ,I said it wont be possible. This is what I received Acer A1 A114-31-C2SEnotebook /Laptop ,bag ,mouse ,ZTE MF927U LTE CAT4 Ufi White CT *** ,cONTRACT MULTISIM FOR lte *** AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A STATEMENT OR LET ALONE PAY THE ACCOUNT SINCE To have WI-FI is not important What am I supposed to do with the Laptop that does not have an Ms Office
