Lapsed contract
I have been trying to cancel my contract for a while now. I have been calling customer service and I can’t get a hold of any agent. My contract with Mtn was for 24 months, it has now lapsed and they are still sending me minutes and data. This means for as long as I can’t get a hold of anyone, I will be paying for them and I didn’t agree to this
