I'm an Afrikaans-speaking customer of MTN. When I call the call centre there is usually nobody available to assist me in Afrikaans. Are the Afrikaans-speaking consultants so busy or do they not appoint enough Afrikaans-speaking consultants? It is really a pity and one wonders about the purpose of an act such as the Consumer Protection act if I cannot get access to information in my language.
