Lack of training

Am very much aware how to do a sim swap on my fone but if the response i get says i must go to the shop it means that is where ill get help,lady Consultant at cresta mall was so rude that i ended up loosing it even though it wasnt my intention and the very lady didnt have nametag calmly went on to serve customer behind me what a disrespect 'all customers are equal irespective small or big query that tarnishes the mtn brand as big as it is due to bad service(all this drama occurred on the month of july one saturday)
