Utterly disappointed in the lack of service from your branch in Jacqueline Mall, Randhart, Alberton! Trying ti upgrade 3 phones and every time there is a differenf story. You can NEVER get hold of them on the landline, it just doesn't get answered. No feedback on queries, no service delivery! If this issue is not sorted out by tomorrow lunch time, all 3 contracts will be cancelled!!!!
