LACK OF SERVICE FROM MTN
Hi,
I have 2 contracts with MTN and had no complaints until today.
I have been trying to get through to the department that will assist me with migrating between price plans with no luck from last month. I dial the 135 number and when I explain to the call center agents that I want to migrate they always put me through to retentions and line line just goes dead afterwards. Are there people actually working in the retentions department because the line is just dead? No one seems to knows who will help me with the issue.MTN needs to train their staff to handle such queries. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MTN

11 May 2023, 11:54I have still not received assistance. No one from MTN call centers knows how to put me through Migrations department, they keep on putting me through to Retention's. This is really disappointing
