lack of service and uncontactable
I’ve been trying to call MTN over the last week… I have held on for an average of 22 minutes before dropping the call.
All I want is to follow up on a delivery please

04 Apr 2024, 16:06I have recently app**** for a contract with mtn.Due to the fact that my ID has been ****** in a burglary, DSV can not deliver my new phone. I have a copy of my ID, and affidavit, my passport and Drivers license but there rules are quite strict.I spoke to MTN consultants twice who assured me that a manual delivery can be done. However DSV refuses to deliver without confirmation from MTN.......MTN has not contacted DSV to inform them of a manual delivery so I am I would like to know if I should rather cancel this or is there an alternate way.
