Lack of Service and Response....still

I'm posting this again because my previous 2 complaints have received 0 response except an automated response here. I just want to make an arrangement to settle my account.

I have 2 numbers with them. Both these contracts have expired with amounts still owing on them. I contacted MTN on the 22nd of February to migrate these numbers to prepaid and make an arrangement to pay off the amount owing. I received a response saying that this cannot be done. I responded saying that this is incorrect as it was done last year November on my 3rd number. To which I received a response that it can't be done. I went back and forth 5 times with MTN explaining to them that it has been done before on my account. The only response I receive is that it can't be done. In my last email I requested for the agent to please look into my account and not reply with a generic "it can't be done." This email was sent on the 16th of March, 20 days ago. I have yet to receive a response. The agents who just provided me with a generic response without reading my previous mails or looking into my account were:

-Blessing Melk

-Nonhlanhla Zwane

-Jack Phiri

-Kholofelo Sethibela

All I want to do is get these numbers on Pay As You Go so I can pay off what is owed without accruing large monthly costs. I do not wish to use these numbers. I just want to settle this account

Thanks for your reply.

This is the response I've been getting but it isn't correct. I had another contract with you, ********** 157, which was migrated to prepaid last year November while there were unsettled amounts on this very same account. Why can it be done then but not now?

As I said, I don't want to use the numbers. I'm just being charged about R500 a month for these numbers. That means whatever arrangement I make will be difficult to pay off as every 2 months R1000 will be added to my bill.

If you could cancel a number in the past under the same circumstances why can't you do the same now?
