Lack of service and no data received that i paid for.

I bought mobile router in January in mtn forest hill,it was a back to school special whereby you pay R599 for a router and you receive 13gb and 1 gb for 12 months. But I have never received any data and it issue was escalated to the manager at the store with the name of the of Sthembile(Sthe) and he reassured me he will follow up. As we speak today my sim card number has been disconnected and I have not received any data. The sim no *** and *** and ***. I can't list cell numbers because they have been given to other people now.
