lack of service and communication

MTN Store - Northgate Shopping Centre 1 - Northgate The service isn't great in the first place. Had to try get my brother an inter rooter from them took then almost 2 months also say no stock not willing to help or we lost the documents. Finally when the help I was so disappointed in lack of services. Now 2 months later 5 May 2024 his internet not working for 3 day and they can not help not picking up the phone. MTN is Irresponsible nor willing to help clients. But quickly like taking money for no services rendered from them. Useless network Ontop is the store in northgate shopping centre
