Lack of service and a good attitude
I actually dread coming to this particular branch, I should drive further to another branch to receive better service. Every time I go buy data from this branch, you either have to wait forever to be attended to or the staff are so unhelpful they couldn't be bothered to assist you in any way. What a shocker.
