LACK OF SERVICE
MY CELLPHONE CONTRACT EXPIRED ON 02/11/2015 AND ON 03/11/2015 I PHONED MTN TO REQUEST MY NUMBER BE SWITCHED TO 'PAY AS YOU GO'. I WAS TOLD THAT THIS WOULD TAKE 5 - 9 DAYS BUT IF I REQUIRED THIS TO HAPPEN SOONER I COULD CONTACT THE RETENTION DEPARTMENT. I WAS GIVEN A NUMBER TO PHONE BUT FOUND THIS NUMBER TO BE A FAX NUMBER. I CONTACT MTN BRITS MALL AND WAS TOLD THE RETENTION DEPARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER, JUST AND E-MAIL. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY NUMBER SWITCHED TO PAY AS YOU GO IF I CANT PHONE ANYONE??????
