lack of serice

<p>i requested 6 months cellphone statements 4 days ago , up until today i am still waiting , and this is after a 2nd phone call to you as well. Clearly your agents have a lack of enthusiasm or customer s**** . I also mentioned i tried to log onto my billing acount as was unable to pull these or to access these on previous sent mails to which i asked they assist me in retrieving these and no service there either . i was the told you would bill me for 6 months statements to which i said i was not to be billed as i was happy to retrieve these with help. Please ensure these statements are sent to me asap . Also please ensure i am not billed for these especially after this lack of service, If i am billed this will be taken further .
