Lack of proper communication

I got called by a telesales person from MTN offering me a contract phone. The phone was delivered to me yesterday. I received two sim cards (do not know why coz not a dual sim phone). Now I only have one MTN phone and can't dial the customer service number. I do not even know what the number is. And when I call the customer service number from the landline, they cant help me without the mobile number. This is utter poor service. I go ahead and accept your offer but then who do I call to get me connected?
