Lack of progress
I sent in a insurance claim over 4 months ago, at the time I was told that it would probably not be dealt with any time soon because of the mtn strike. I faxed in my claim which still hasn't been responded to 4 months later. I emailed customer care which then in turn gave me mtn sp insurance's customer number which isn't functional at all.i than tried to access mtn active which just leads me to a error message
