Lack of professionalism and theft

I app**** for a contract upgrade with mtn on the 9th of september 2022. To this day i have not received the laptop and router i app**** for.

This is also after 3 premiums have been paid,monthly. I have tried to communicate with them to no avail. And this is not the first time;the whole reason i even performed an upgrade is because they were debiting my account for a phone that was long paid for.

Their explanation was that it was for airtime and data and yet their records clearly show the numbers had not been active for a while.

This is utterly disappointing. The consumer trusts this brand but we are being taken advantage of and there seems to be no legal recourse. business enterprises are of the belief that they are untouchanle by the law
