Lack of Network maintenance and customer satisfaction

During loadshedding MTN shuts down and there is no cell reception. This has now been the second entire week in less than two months that the network is down due to "******" cables. When the service came on last night I received an sms as well that my 5Gb weekly data bundle expired, when I asked if it could be extended due to the LACK of cell reception the answer was no. This is by far the worst mobile network.
