Lack of interest

I have bought 5 sim cards as of date since I lost my Cellphone. Trying to do a sim swop. However I do not EC en get to speak to a consultant my numbers do no go through so I was advised by one of the retailer's to visit an MTN store directly. Finally today I did at Randurg Square..the attitude of a young slender guy sitting next to a well a bit bigger guy in the store was disgusting. After explaining my self he insists that I call MTN as they will do that for me. Even after the big guy asks him to call for me he just tells me I must call MTnN since self service is so hard for me.I am leaving the store and my number will be given to another person if this is not resolved this is disgusting.
