Lack of handling *****

What a complete let down after being with MTN FOR 12+ YEARS! Utterly disappointed in the manner in which MTN handles *****! If someone hacks your account through a process of pretending to be customer service directly from MTN and gains access to all your accounts just because you confirmed a pin! MTN refuses to provide any assistance yet does not warn consumers about the potential ***** like other companies do! DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED with MTN and how they handle situations. Would much rather go to other companies who actually provide support!
