LACK OF FIBRE

MTN FIBRE I am paying for 20M. For the past 2 months I have had - very limited internet access, 1.5M download speed or 0.05download speed. I have tried calling MTN no one answers and I don't want to waste my cell minutes. Please can someone look into my problem and get back to me. thank you
