Lack of feedback

I wrote a review complaint here - "I wanted to know about a missing airtime and about 5 consultants told me different stories of what happened to my airtime. Was told to send an email to customer service and they sent it to 173 supervisors and they responded with their story and they said they were going to listen to the calls but they never got back to me and now they are ignoring my emails both at customer service and 173 supervisors." And they responded with another different story even different to that of 173 supervisors and again when I asked how come the stories are different, there was no response again.
