Lack of feedback

Good day

i have recently upgraded earlier so i was billed an early upgrade charge. I discussed with agent and i was happy with the amount quoted. To my surprise, i was billed much more than quoted and i have an email confirming this.

i sent various emails and till today have not received feedback

further to that my account was debited with the full amount.
