Lack of Customer Service

I have been trying to cancel an upgrade since September 2019 and every time I call for an update I get told "we are waiting for feedback as soon as we have it we will come back to you" four months have gone by and I get the same story every month. Seriously how long does it actually take you to cancel a contract, a contract that was **********ly upgraded by you.
