lack of customer service

MTN The Grove is absolutely useless! After opening a new contract last Sunday for a Samsung tab 4, they told us that the stock would arrive on Wednesday. On Thursday, I phoned to hear if it's there and they yold me it should be by Friday. Today I've phoned countless times with no answer. Eventually when I got through, the lady told me that the tablet was discontinued! Why didn't anybody let me know? Especially when according to her it was discontinued last week already? So disappointed! I'll rather stick with VODACOM, thank you very much!
