Lack of Continuity in Support - Inefficient

I previously had no issues with this company, but my experience changed negatively once I had an outstanding payment. I would strongly advise against using their services. Their customer service is inefficient; inquiries sent via email are consistently handled by different individuals who do not appear to review past correspondence, resulting in a frustrating and unproductive cycle of communication.
