Lack of communication , poor service delivery

I app**** for a contract and got approved on the 13th already. Its 2 weeks later almost and i have had no further feedback from them , no device delivered. I cant understand what the hold up is and why no contact can be made with the clients to keep them in the loop with what is going on? I have to call back and forth and i just get told the same thing repetitively , I have to wait for DSV to call. Surely MONDO or MTN can advise if the order has been dispatched??
