Lack of communication from Mtn.

Mtn South Africa sold a WiFi router to my mother online where they didn't explain when exactly data would be loaded. She's been paying for both the service and the router for 3 months now and she's told that the data for the past 3 months has been forfeited but they didn't fail to take her money!!! There was no communication, no sms, email or phone call now that they have a paying customer. This is complete ******* and my mother shout be reimbursed, either with ger money back or the data she paid for!!!
