Lack of Clarity
I sent a device for repairs, two weeks later I received a qoutetion of which I declined based on two reasons.:(1)The device is still under warranty (2) The qoutetion is more than the economic value of the device. I further enquired of what is going to happen going foward as to,am I going to be obliged to continue paying for the device? Why should I pay the assessment cost while the device is still under warrant? Still no clarity till today. I am off the view that had I taken the device somewhere else the warrant was going to be voided, but here its the other way round.I understand that the device had a crack on display of which I am to blame but the main reason to send the device for repair was out of human power. Hence I can not take the blame for burnt charger and the usb port. <br>
