Lack of business ethics

The company does not take its customers serious and instead threatens them. I don't appreciate their way of doing business and I will never think about them as a service provider and so will the rest of my family. I hate being treated like a beggar while I am a provider to them. They are supposed to render the service and in return I am supposed to pay but they expect me to pay for the service not rendered and for that they can go to the nearest hell
