Lack of Accountability

To who it may concern, if at all MTN cares and has any concern for its customers.<br> <br> I have been sent from pillar to post for months now and now one willing to tacke accoutability to resovle my issues.<br> <br> I have been calling since July to get htis matter resolved and hav had no success. here are some of the reference numbers and list of people i have spoken to and still this has not been resolved.<br> <br> Ref No: *** (Palesa - in July 2015)<br> Ref No: *** (***5<br> Ref No: ***<br> Ref No: REQ*** (99/2015) Siseko (he assisted and a credit note for hardware has been passed)<br> Spoke to a Garth (23/9/2015) and transferred my call to Credit Management were i was on hold for more than 30 min. I writing all this whilst still on hold.<br> <br> I had a credit limit set on my account for the number ***, some months when i had reached my limit, my services wuold but cut as a result and i informed accordingly.<br> <br> To my suprise, i got a bill of almost R2000. No one seems to be able to tell me how this came about without the set limit kicking in and services suspended.<br> <br> I NEED Answers, instead i keep getting threating sms demaing the money without any explaination.<br>

Please note that the matter has been referred to billing support. They will investigate the usage on the invoice dated 2015-06-01 and revert with feedback.
