i took my phone cherry tablet there for repairs on the 27/01/2018 we were assisted by Lutendo and Kyle unwillingly so, i went back to the store 10/02/2018 to follow up as we never received anything or a job number, Kyle assured he was going to call us back on the12/01/2018 till today he never did, I called him today he said he was going to call me back in 10 min he still didn't call me. i want to know what's the progress on my phone this is the fourth week,mtn service sucks big time.

We have sent the request to Lutendo and his Manager to contact and assist you with feedback.
You may call the repair center as well to get update of your device, the contact number is *** they will require the IMEI number.

the repair centre said they do not have any records of my imei number ***
and I have been corresponding with Lutendo this morning she is failing to give me feedback on the status of my phone, I was told it takes 4 weeks and I need it this weekend. Currently im still in the dark, I still don't know where the phone is and when will I get it back .please I need feedback on this.

22 Feb 2018, 12:35currently im not getting any feedback from no one, may it be understood that I took the phone in on the 27/01 and I need it on Saturday, I don't know how MTN is going to do that if my phone was never submitted to the repairs. please see feedback from repairs it was never even collected from the store, why did Lutendo do this, and she is now not responding to my mails, and they don't answer my calls. Who does she report to, Please note that there are no records at all on the system not even for the collection, there's no other option but to refer you back to the same store where you handed in your device, we cannot do much on our side as there are no records we cannot even escalate anything.
As long as you have solid proof that you handed in the device on time, the warranty expiry date should not affect you, the store will have to sort out that matter as you would have handed in the device during your warranty period.
