KYLE and PATRICIA from MTN THE GLEN MALL you guys are amazing 11/10 AMAZING SERVICE

Wow MTN The Glen Mall has just proven me wrong with how i viewed MTN with the previous horrible services that i received from people that dont understand what is customer care .. This week on Monday i went to MTN THE GLEN MALL to do a sim swap and a Gentleman by the name of KYLE assisted me so great although i had lost faith with MTN helping out so good but KYLE gave me all the necessary steps that i needed to get or do unlike MTN NICOLWAY which i still say NTHABISENG and MOKOENA @ that branch they need to be skilled more with what is customer care and what info to give i am still so DISGUSTED by the service i received @ MTN NICOLWAY thats 1 branch i wouldnt refer anyone that i know to go and get service cause its ya let me not curse but give MTN THE GLEN an Amazing 11 out of 10 for a warm GREAT SERVICE which was so quick and amazing ..KYLE and PATRICIA from MTN THE GLEN you guys are amazing i wish MTN can make you guys great MTN ambassadors so you can teach these other guys that are lacking on giving customers good service.
