Kudos to Reginald Baloyi - Excellent Customer Service

I sent an online call back request on the 18th November to which I got a call back from Reginald Baloyi. He was patient with me, explained the deal I wanted to get, took me through the necessary steps that we were going to follow in this process.

I had a pleasant conversation with him, kept his promises to me (to call back and provide feedback on the case) and even took my number down for a follow up. We rarely celebrate positive experiences on this platform and I thought this was one that needed to be included.
