Knysna branch pathetic and useless

My mother went to the Knysna branch to fix an issue with her sim service not working on her new phone yesterday. They then did some changes on the phone and said that the sim should be activated within 24 hrs.

It's been 24hrs and the sim has still not been activated. My mother is unable to do her work because she does not receive the OTP's from banking necessary to authorize transactions. When she told the lady this, the lady was apathetic towards the situation. Incredibly *********** people working at this branch.
