Knowing your product can make a world's difference

I must say that i still question why i have been and still am on this network (on the same number) for close to 10 years<br> And having problems with my internet connection since last month has just added to the problem. having called numerous times, i have been told to refresh my line, take out my sim and battery, install internet setting etc. this has been frustrating as at times i would not have access to my internet applications till i get to my WI-FI at home. Today though,on my SECOND call to MTN, i was helped by somebody who was knowledgeable and didnt just want to take a short cut. her way of assisting me and still explaining why she helped me that way MAKES EMMY A STAR!! <br> the compliment is to encourage her to keep doing this for others. Thank you very much! :-)
