Kings of data theft

I have been having a data problem with MTN since a year disappearing data and expiring data from new bundles. Anyways i got tired of calling MTN and hearing them say i used my data heard about Telkom absolutely cheap i get 2 gigs for the price of 1 gig at MTN. So i switched off my MTN sim and dint use it for a month. Today i switched on my sim and guess what 3kb data balance. This is a joke! The sim was off out of the phone what excuse does MTN have? I am so done with MTN and loving my experience with cheap Telkom data dont think i want to renew my mtn contract again. They are plain down data *******
